Job Summary

The Product Manager at Dreamchild Garbhsanskar will drive the product roadmap, develop new features, improve UI/UX, oversee tech development and optimize overall product performance. The role requires strong understanding of mobile apps, SaaS systems, user experience and data-driven product decisions. You will work directly with founders and lead the tech, design and QA teams to ensure the product evolves to serve millions of mothers effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering
Minimum 4 years of product management or tech leadership experience
Strong understanding of mobile apps (Android/iOS) & SaaS architecture
Experience working with developers, designers and QA teams
Ability to convert business requirements into technical tasks
Familiarity with wireframing tools (Figma preferred)
Basic understanding of backend, APIs and system flows
Strong analytical mindset: can make decisions using data
Experience with product roadmap, sprint planning & release cycles
Excellent communication, documentation & leadership skills
Problem-solving attitude with user-first thinking
Knowledge of Ed-tech/Health-tech is an added advantage
