Job Summary

The Sales Manager at DreamChild Garbh Sanskar will be responsible for leading the Sales Team, setting and achieving monthly sales targets, building effective strategies and driving business growth. This leadership role requires strong team management, training and motivational skills to develop a high-performing sales team aligned with our vision to expand Garbh Sanskar awareness and offerings.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees in Business/Marketing or related field
Minimum 4 years of sales experience (Insurance/Education Preferred)
Strong leadership with excellent communication skills
Target-Driven mindset with strategic planning & target planning abilities
Proficiency in Performance tracking, CRM tools and Data-driven decision-making
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and closing skills
